GAYA X CRAVEIRAL
GAYA X CRAVEIRAL aims to promote comprehensive health and wellbeing through yoga trainings and events throughout the year.
Our upcoming event starts on February 23rd with a 200-hrs Ashtanga & Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training, leaded by a team of experts of Gaya Yoga Sciences Institute and certified by Yoga Alliance International.
This is a 3-month hybrid training, made for busy people who want to practice and study at their own rhythm and still meet the requirements of an in-person training.
At the end we all meet at Craveiral for a final 1-week retreat immersion.
You will be part of a community of worldwide students and teachers in the fields of yoga, wellness and wellbeing who co-create projects and experiences with positive impact !

A GAYA IMMERSIONS
Gaya Immersions was made in 2016 by Sara Montes at the Island of Gods - Bali, Indonesia.
After several years abroad studying and practicing Yoga Sciences, worldwide yoga teachers and health experts join Sara to promote yoga and well-being events between Indonesia, Portugal, Costa Rica and Thailand.
Since Covid, the company has been implementing transformational and wellbeing programs in corporates and founded Gaya Yoga Sciences Institute to promote courses and trainings under the certification of Yoga Alliance International.
